The term and conditions described below detail the rights and obligations of LES YEUX DOUX and its professional buyer in the context of the sale of the following goods: spectacle frames, glasses accessories, and all products related to glasses.
Any service performed by LES YEUX DOUX therefore implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these Term and conditions. Clause n ° 2: Products and Prices
The prices of glasses frames as well as the products related to the glasses sold are those in effect on the day of the order. They are denominated in euros and calculated without taxes. Consequently, they will be increased by the VAT rate and the applicable transport costs during the confirmation of the order by telephone of the order. Clause 3: Orders
Orders are only fixed once they have been confirmed upon receipt of the invoice. Acceptance may also depend on the dispatch of the goods ordered. Clause n ° 4: DELIVERY AND RECEPTION

Clause n ° 5: Return

Any return accepted by the team concerned will conclude with an exchange or creation of a credit in the buyer’s account after verification of the returned products and according, of course, to the conditions which were expected on the return slip. Any glasses taken back will only be on glasses frames still under warranty, and up to a maximum of 90% of the net purchase value on the invoice given in advance to the buyer. Return costs and risks are the responsibility of the purchaser. In no case would there be any compensation for damages or handling costs. Returns cannot in any way delay payment of seller invoices by the agreed deadline.
Clause n ° 6: After-sales service
After-sales service is granted for 2 years for optical frames and 12 months for solar frames on the date of the invoice issued to the professional buyer. After-sales service is insured according to the contracts that the buyer to accept beforehand during the purchase of spectacle frames, and of course after the confirmation of the goods by our team in order to see that there is no abuse in the service request. After-sales service is provided free of charge except for the delivery costs which are borne by the professional buyer. Clause n ° 7: TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment for orders is made:

No discount in case of payment on a date earlier than that resulting from the application of the GTCS (article L441-3 of the Commercial Code).
Clause n ° 8: Late payment
In the event of total or partial failure to pay for the goods delivered on the day of receipt, the buyer must pay LES YEUX DOUX a late payment penalty equal to 10 times the legal interest rate.
The legal interest rate used is that in force on the day of delivery of the goods. In addition to the compensation for the delay, any sum, including the deposit, not paid on its due date will automatically result in the payment of a lump-sum compensation of 40 euros due to collection costs.
